Yes Sony have released a new camera from their alpha range called the SLT A77.
The SLT A77 is renowned as the fastest camera in the world with its 12fps speed at a ridiculous 24 megapixels per picture with full-time phase-detection auto focus.
What makes this possible is Sony's introduction of Translucent Mirror Technology into these new cameras, making them perform better, faster and at a much higher quality. DSLRs (Digital single-lens reflex) cameras, considered as professional cameras, have even been outmatched by Sony's latest production.
“We feel that these cameras are not only a significant evolution of our breakthrough Translucent Mirror Technology,” said Mike Kahn, director of the alpha camera business group for Sony Electronics. “They’re also a revolution in terms of redefining how this unique technology can be put to use by enthusiasts.”
Sony has astonished the world with the SLT A77 and the world have witnessed the advancement in technology Sony has produced. What will Sony release next? Maybe a tablet!?!
